I spent over 20 years owning and operating a private cleaning company, working closely with women and families inside the reality of full, demanding lives.
What I came to understand in that work was simple: a clear, intentional space changes how you feel in your life. When someone walked into a reset home, you could feel the shift immediately. Relief. Exhale. Regulation.
Over time, what once felt aligned began to feel incomplete. When the world paused, I did too, and I began asking deeper questions about direction, meaning, and impact.
Truthfully, holistic living has always been my baseline. Since early adulthood, I've lived in a way that prioritizes alignment over convention—homebirths, chiropractic care, and a consistent discernment around systems that don't reflect my values.
So when a quiet but persistent inner directive returned, 'an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure,' it felt less like a reinvention and more like a return.
I stepped away from my business and entered the field of holistic health, pursuing education and study with no rigid plan, only a commitment to truth, alignment, and deeper understanding. That was four years ago.
