Pillared Wellness is a sole proprietorship operated by Alexise in Virginia Beach, Virginia. When we say "we," "us," or "Pillared Wellness" in these terms, that's who we mean. "You" means you — the person visiting our site or using our services.

Our Services

Pillared Wellness offers holistic home and wellness consulting services, including:

In-Home Consulting Services

  • The Closet Shift — A focused closet consultation and reset session ($222).
  • The Room Shift — A single-room consultation and intentional reorganization ($444).
  • The Home Shift — A comprehensive home consultation and transformation (starting at $2,500, scoped based on your space and needs).

In-home services are currently available in the Virginia Beach, Virginia area.

Virtual Services

  • Virtual Vibe Check — A complimentary virtual consultation to connect, explore what's going on in your space, and determine if we're a good fit.
  • Virtual Closet Edit — A guided virtual session to edit and realign your closet ($150).

Speaking, Workshops, and Community Events

We host and participate in workshops, speaking engagements, sound baths, and community gatherings. Details, availability, and pricing vary by event.

Booking and Scheduling

How Booking Works

Sessions are booked through our website using TideSlot, a third-party scheduling platform. When you book a session, you are interacting with TideSlot's scheduling system, which is subject to its own terms of service.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule:

  • 24-hour notice required. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
  • Late cancellations and no-shows. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or failure to show up for a scheduled session, may result in forfeiture of payment or a cancellation fee equal to the session price.
  • Complimentary sessions. If you need to reschedule a Virtual Vibe Check, please do so at least 24 hours in advance as a courtesy so we can offer that time to someone else.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions at our discretion. If we cancel, we will provide as much notice as possible and either reschedule at a mutually convenient time or issue a full refund.

Payments

Payments for services are handled separately from our website. We do not process credit cards, collect payment information, or handle financial transactions through our site. Payment terms, methods, and timing will be communicated directly when you book a service.

Use of Our Website

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website for its intended purpose — to learn about Pillared Wellness, explore our offerings, and get in touch with us. You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
